Default Circuit 1 Rocks / Suzuki steps up

I hear a lot of shit here and elsewhere about Suzuki being a pain in the ass when it comes to warranty work and fixing stuff owners feel that they should handle. I have contacted Suzuki customer service a couple of times by letter with problems and got a response and satisfaction both times. This week they stepped up to replace my fork tubes that the Ti Nitride had worn off of.
Since I had Circuit 1 rework my forks last year I was hesitant to let the dealer mess with my perfect setup. They consulted with Suzuki and agreed to let me send the new parts with my forks to Circuit 1 for the swap. The dealer took off the forks and overnighted them to Circiut 1. Big Pat at C1 did the work and sent them back that day! I'll be back on the road with a new set of tubes and a retuned fork courtesy of Suzuki and Circuit One Suspension.
I suspect that a good portion of Suzuki’s bad rep on service is a result of crappy dealers and not Suzuki themselves. And Circuit One, they rock, one-day turnaround and a stellar setup to boot.
