How do I adjust position of handrips/throttle clutch on handlebars?

I just bought a 06 XL1200R with 10" apes. The previous owner had long arms and had the handlebars way forward. I adjusted them so they are inline with the forks but now the clutch and throttle handles need to be moved so they are in the right position. Also I have bottom mounted mirrors and I can't see anything in the position they are in. How do I turn the whole thing?

Also does anyone know where I can find the proper torque settings so my handlebars and handgrips don't fall off while I am riding after making adjustments? I am a new rider but I am pretty sure that could be bad... Any help ya'll can give me would be much appreciated.

If you just loosen the bolts holding the switches and levers you should be able to rotate them.

Did it. Thanks. Just wanted to make sure there wasnt any wiring or something inside there that might pinch and mess something up.
