What's going on

I have a kawasaki 305b1 belt , I go about a mile before i foul out the plugs
can anyone help me.

Yes,

You are taking the choke off after you start the bike up, aren't you?
Are the floats in the carbs closing, i.e. they aren't overfilling?

Just some thoughts...
