what all will need to be replaced on this motorcycle to make it road worthy again?

a 1974 BMW R 90 6it has been in a basement for around 15-20 yearseverything was fine when it was put in the basement except for the tires so i know it will need those replacedthere is no rust and wouldn't need a paint job
