03 Buell Blast question?

Can they comfortably maintain 75+mph? Also, Am I (6'4"180lbs) going to be a goober if I ride it? It looks small and I only found girls drivin them. Kinda like ninja250s

It will do 75 all day. The good thing is that the vibration goes away at that rpm.Son had one. He was 5'9 and didn't look odd riding it.They make a couple sizes of seats, you need the taller one and maybe extra foam.

I had an 02, while it was slow on acceleraton it went down the highway very nicely, although, 75+ would most certainly be pushing it. Even as a single cylinder it was more smooth on the highway than the Sportster I replaced it with. Unfortunately for you at 6'4", yes, you may in fact look somewhat gooberish on it, especially if it comes with the optional cut down seat. But hey, they get phenomenal fuel mileage so go for it.
