Buell Blast or Kawasaki Ninja 250 for beginner rider who is 5"4?

I really think the Ninja 250 looks better and I want it but I'm worried it won't fit me : (do you guys think I'll be able to place both feet on the ground? I'm 5"4I'll be taking the MSF course soon
