General beginner motorcycle questions ?

Hey, I have a few questions about bikes-1.What is a good beginner bike that I can enjoy for atleast a year, I'm looking for something sporty, but bigger than a 250, and smaller than a 600. (if possible)Right now thinking Buell Blast2.Can i ride one at 15 1/2 ?? and what are the rules to that ?3.Any tips or advice for starting or going through the learning curve ? Thanks for any help :DAlso would like to have a bike easy on highway :D
