Default I have a Buell oil leak? Help!?

My buell is a 1998 S3 sport touring and i have only 7k on it and it is in mint condition. But recently i've noticed oil spots on my pants and oil collecting on the starter, it appears to be coming from the metallic part of the rear head. It is not tremendous but needs to be addressed. I also seem to have a slight leak in the bottom from of the cylinder jug on the front cylinder. Is this normal? I do ride it rough and was just curious if it is gaskets or seals how much could i expect to pay to have it all taken care of? But any advice from anyone will be appreciated.
