running a buell xb12r with no muffler/ straight pipe?

This is a discussion on running a buell xb12r with no muffler/ straight pipe? within the Buell forums, part of the Manufacturers category; has anyone done this before? Will it fry my valves and what not, ill will still have about 30 inches ...

Default running a buell xb12r with no muffler/ straight pipe?

has anyone done this before? Will it fry my valves and what not, ill will still have about 30 inches of pipe on each cylinder.i just want to take off the stock muffler and either run it with no muffler, or put some kind of straight thru pipe on it. ------
