Default Harley Nightrod too much power for a first bike?

I am very experienced with dirt bikes and have been looking into buying a harley. The sportsters are a little too small for my size, and I really like the way the nightrod looks, but is it going to be too much power for me?

It's not too powerful. Harley's are easier to ride than they look. They have a low center of gravity and their weight will offset some of the horsepower.

Stock harley? too much power? NO.
Like Rocky M said, they are easier to ride than they look.
The Nightrod looks nice, go for it, get used to it, and then trick it out!
