Does anyone have any info on the quality of Monaco brand motorcycles?

I live in Thailand and want to buy a new motorcycle.They sell a brand here I have never heard of in America called Monaco.It is either made in Thailand or China.It is cheaper than Honda etc....But I want to make sure it is not a cheap,fall apart,waste of money.Does anyone have info on their quailty?
