im living in california and some people say you cant street legal a crf 450x is that true

the 450x has a head and tail light doesent it i think you will also need a speedo, mirror, and a horn. i think thats all you need here in michigan but i dont know about cali. you might also need like a catalytic converter and big ass muffler to get emitions low enough....lol.
