Curious.....I recently bought a GN400X from a guy who had it in covered storage for about 13 years. The carb on it is a Mikuni BS36SS that is no longer made and thus parts are hard to get or expensive and the carb is NOT user-friendly. Any ideas what carb I can use in its place and what the jetting might be? Thanks!!! WilleyG82

Thanks but I'm not sure what you need a pic of........? the carb or the whole bike? It's a "400cc thumper" circa 1981.
(same engine as the DR400 motocross bike). Thanks for the offer!.....WilleyG Well the carb would help for sure, and if its the same as the DR400 then I know I can get ya a carb that will work:D |
