Default motorcycle question ?

I have a 2001 indian scout , 1442 s and s engine how do I check the oil ? I guess I would need a pic answer . Where can I get a maintenance manual I checked e-bay maybe indian company?

Your bike IS NOT A INDIAN! ( Yeah It is titled as such Close--but no cigar) It is merely a Harley clone with a S&S (Harley copy) motor.If your bike was a Indian I would tell you to contact KIWI, but in your case you need to contact S&S.

On every Harley I had the oil tank was under the seat. Take off the seat and you'll probably see an oil tank with a dip stick.
