Why people sending are not sending unwanted items for RECYLE ?

Many people are dumping/Keeping unwanted items like old Bottles/Broken Cycle-Suitcase-Chairs-Damanged Cars/Bike, unwanted toys/Damaged and unrepairables items like Computor, VCD,TV, Cartoon Box,Broken Platic Bucket/Plates/Cups/ Shoes/Torn clothes/Old Games/Files/Papper/ old damaged Aluminium-Copper-Iron -Metals/Oil Tins/Paint Tins/ itmes in their House/Factory/OfficeWhy they are not sending the above items for Recyle thro Vedors.It makes our House/office/Factory dirty and looking akward.If the above items sent for Recycle. It is Good for their House/Office/Factory/Workshop and also indirectly we are saving the above items.In my house, i do not keep any unwanted items in Balcony/Terrace and i will send immediatly send for Recycle.I am spreading this messages to friends/Relatices and ask them to send the above items for Recycle.I sharing my old Pants/shirts/Jacket/Bedsheet to a Poor or needy.I will plan and discuss with wife&Daughter before buying any new ?
