aprilia RS125 2007 restricted or not?

Sorry, but my English isn't very good! I hope you will understand message and help me! I bought this new aprilia 2 months ago! I drove it 700km. And I have some problem when bike comes to 5000-6000rpm! At 5000rpm bike can't pull, and in 4th, 5th and 6th gear can't break the limit of 5000rpm! Then I have to put in lower gear to jump over 5000rpm and after 6000rpm bike goes hard! Do you know what is the problem with my bike? Someones told me it is restricted at 6000rpm! Is it mechanical or computing(digital) blockade, HOW can I REMOVE that blockade(via some aprilia computer or some tool)? In service they have no idea what I am talking about!

I think its an electrical retard system ! You can buy a a device called a TRE off e-bay or somewhere similar for about 70-80 UK pounds ! It will come with the instructions you need and you just plug it in and override the bikes system !
