tuning tips for aprilia mx 125 2006?

hello, i have a aprilia mx 125 bought for me, i get it in a year when i am 17, but i want to tune it up a little bit.but hte problem is, i dont know all the technical things, so i need help.if you search it on google, you will see it has a exsaust, which tbh looks crap, it also doesnt sounds that good. so, i am wanting to buy an exsaust which will make it sound good (or better) and also looks good (or better), but i dont know what to search so i can buy one. Also, does anyone kno a website with spares ( like"bling"parts like handle bar grip protectors)thanks in advance
