The Moto Guzzi dealer network is spread thin around these parts. If you are traveling and need service or repairs this is a major issue.Harley dealers are getting to be about as thick as beauty parlors. But Harley parts and repairs are high dollar.Just a different side of the coin.

The 883 is easier to service/find parts for, is better respected than an import no name, and will have a much higher resale value.but the 750 should be just as fun as the 883, though the 883 has cheaper accessories and is way easier to upgrade. I'd consider an import myself, but it would be more along the lines of a HYOSUNG gv650 AQUILA, it's cheap and doesn't try to look like something its not, like so many of the other imports do, they're the ones i roll my eyes at when someone claims them to be better than a harley... if they're so much better, then explain why they try so hard to be just like one.

The folks on the list have it right- for availability of service you can't beat the Harley. Their dealer network, to say nothing of independent repair shops, is amazing. That being said, if you want something different, there's the price to pay. I ride a Ducati in my rural part of the world, which is most certainly"Harley Country."Guzzis are great bikes. Go with your gut and the one that you not only want to ride, but feels like part of you.
