Default Does the 1964 Triumph TR4 have power brakes?

I am thinking about purchasing a 1964 Triumph TR4 and I was wondering if it has a hydraulic brake system. Are there any TR4 owners out there who know more about the features on this car? Also, are there any other safety features on this car that I should consider before purchasing?(Thank you for answering my question!)
