Default what bike should i get b4 i get a triumph daytona 675?

ive looked at the ninja 250 and want one to start off riding on. mainly for the price and i dont wanna drop a 9k dollar bike. i cant afford a 500 or 650 so a 2000 dollar ninja 250 is my best bet. my question is if i get a ninja 250, after i put about 7k miles on it, will i be ready for the 675 daytona?

NO....... 7000 miles is about 1/3 the miles you need..at least 20,000 is Average to good..&the Trumpy will feel like a rocket still...

You might try the ride school first, I think they start ya off on a 250. School course is a little expensive but if you are cost carefull it will get you use to that"hand in your pocket"warranty that comes with the 675.

For me yes, I started on a Kawasaki ZZR-250, done about 2000km on it, downgraded to a 125cc CBR done another 300km on it(it's a toy), and upgraded back to a new Honda CBR600RR, no problems at all.
