Default Where to start restoring a 1963 Triumph TR3b?

My father has this wonderful LBC sitting in his garage. The best thing I can say about it is that it has been garaged and all the parts are there. I know nothing about restoring cars. But, I want to learn so I can get some enjoyment out of the car eventually. The last time it ran, I would say almost 15 years ago. Nothing happened to it in the mean time, it was just parked and left in the garage. What do you all think?
