1993 Honda CBR 600 f2 oil change?

I just bought a used Honda CBR 600 f2. It has 29,000+ miles on it. The problem i face is when do i change the oil on it? I already know how to change the oil i just don't know when to. The guy I bought it from gave it a new oil change and oil filter and I've driven it 250 miles since then.

if you don't know when it was last changed, you better change it...
