Which sportsbike should I go after?

I'm 16 years old about 5'7''and I weigh nearly 155-160Ib. I am looking forward to getting a sportsbike real soon but I'm having trouble. I go for my permit tomorrow and I am going to take classes just so I know what I'm doing. I know you need months mostly years to gain the experience of riding one. I do love speed but only when its clear and safe to do so. I have a price range from $0-$12000The one that pulls the most attention out of me is the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14.And my other question is that if I get something like the Zx-14, will I be able to learn on it?
