Default hayabusa-can i chip it? if so do i need to change pipes?

what speed can i max out on if i chip it?

it's governed at 186. you can beat this but it's gonna cost you. with a power commander, pipe and governor it only went just over 190

4 miles per hours more for $1000.oo is not worth it.
