hayabusa shuts down & low idle?

my 2007 hayabusa (brought used - at low price ) it shuts down (only sometimes) when i am slowing using clutch and brakes. I use the clutch properly.and my idle is less then 1000 rpm. could this be the cause?or bike is a lemondoes anyone know where throttle stop screw knob is? there is pic in manual but can't make head from tail. - thank you all for comments
