Me and my mom are arguing over what makes a chopper a chopper and what makes a crotch-rocket a crotch-rocket. By crotch-rocket I mean like a Suzuki Hayabusa or a Ninja. I say a chopper is defined by the sound it makes but yeah whatever. Please answer so that we can settle this. Thanks.

Choppers have very long-extended forks...think Harleys with forks waaaaay out there, like in the movie"Easy Rider". A chopper is defined by appearance. A crotch-rocket is also defined by appearance and its makers'intentions--for example, a GSXR or CBR is a crotch-rocket, but a sporty bike with plastic, like a VFR or Katana, is NOT a crotchrocket.
