swaping 01 motor for an 02 ?

Default swaping 01 motor for an 02 ?
Does anyone know what all needs to be changed? i already have the motor in and running but used the 2001 wireing harness but the bike doesnt have the power it should.

You are using the 02:

ECM
Ignition coils

Right?

no everything is off the 01 .

The 02 motor will work in a 01 with no problems. Done it many of times. You can use all the 01 setup with the 02 motor.
