When I'm riding my motorcycle in second gear and I'm giving a decent amount of throttle, the bike seems to jerk repeatedly every thousand RPM's from 6000 on up to red line. It does not do it below 6000 RPM or in first or third gear. The jerk seems to be like a power interruption but only for a second. Could this be a slipping chain on the second gear in the transmission or some other kind of transmission problem. Not sure if makes a difference but the bike is a 98 suzuki gsx-r 600.Also it seems to only do it when a liberal amount of throttle is applied. If I'm light on the throttle it does not do it.
