No. the frame mounting points are completely different as well as the overall shape of the engine. to make matters worse the gs1000 radiator will not cool the GSXR engine due to the higher heat load and the final drive will have to be modified. you would also have to replace all of the electrical systems for the fuel injection, install an ECU and change the instrumentation. you will end up spending more money on this than you would if you were to buy a used GSX-R
