Do I need a motorcycle license for a 125cc Scooter?

In the state of kansas that is...I understand all of the safety issues,we just bought it from a GI and forgot to ask about the license issue... my husband has a 2000cc Kawasaki Vulcan so he has a motorcycle license, but it is for me to putt around on in town.

in ohio i believe anything above a 50cc engine u need a motorcycle liscense to drive

yes and if you can get in a motorcycle rider foundation class that will get you one and probably save you a hospital visit
