Default under warrenty?

so like a month ago i got a new kawasaki vulcan 500. ive dropped it twice. neway now when i shift into first some times it has trouble geting into gear and i hear a wierd sound. i have to lift my fot of a try again... sometimes multiple times. also now it sees to be leaking some wierd green liquid from the engine head, through a small hole in the side( it came with it). neway i was wondering if i coud get that fixed under warrenty. the first fall was like t 15 mph and on grass( it didnt slide or nething just sliped and fell on the side, the gear lever was pushed all the way up, but my uncle just pushed it back down) the second fall was staning still( it went too much too one side and i couldnt hold it up, i slowly laid it on the floor). i was wondering if it still was under warrenty because if a bike cant handle two small drops without such damage than wouldnt u consider that bad craftsmanship?
