-like nokia,sony ericsson,motorola etc-below market price-example motorola RAZR v3. market price RM590...i want to get around RM450 or RM500-i dont mind if AP,local,unlocked or kastam

Have you tried Ebay? There are many phones for cheap, my phone the Palm One Treo 650 which retails for 500$ is sold on Ebay for 75$-125$
