What Kind of Dirt Bike should i get?

I am 15 and i am like 5 feet 6 inches. I weigh 135. Right now i have a Pit bike.I want to get a new bike and i am looking to get good and maybe race.I dont Know if i should get a 2 stroke or a 4 stroke. If i were to get a 2 stroke i would get the kx125 or the cf125 and if i were to get a 4 stroke i would get the crf250r,kx250f. Tell me what you think should get a 4 stroke or a 2 stroke.(keeping the price in mind)
