Did you get the right type coil? Hope so... the coil is bolted to the chassis, right? Use emery paper on that very spot, make it very clean and apply some vaseline.Did you gap the plug? Do so. Is your battery shot? Has it got any liquid in it? Does it over/under charge? Rectifier ok? Usually they are on CRs.. what else.. check all fuses/connections, clean everything with WD40, including the kill switch, wipe it clean then use grease or vaseline.. plugs can be defective from new especially NGKs...
