Dealer denied financing, what to do?

Audi dealer denied me financing on a 2008 A6 with s-line upgrade (was $43k OTD). My credit history is a couple years new, but I have a decent 730 score. I have solid income every month which is relatively new but very stable which shouldn't be a problem for this car. They said they'd do it on a cosign, but I really would rather not and I want it in my name completely (this is my first car purchase, I'm a motorcycle guy). What should I do now? Wait it out a few months, or is any other company able to pre-finance me with at least decent APR for a 60 mo loan?

Buy a car you can afford.

Just pay (cash) for the car. You'll avoid finance charges.
