Financing a motorcycle....?

I am going to be 18 in about 2 weeks and i plan on having a bike by next summer. I'm going to get a credit card and hopefully build up enough credit within 6 months to take out a small loan of around $1,000. After all thats payed off i should be able to finance a 10K bike shouldn't I? Iv'e had a job for over a year as well and i'll be living on my own. How much do you think payments would be at around 10% interest?I just want to build some credit with the credit card... (im only going to use it for gas)and... I already have a checking account with a debit card which iv'e had for a year
