How to Sell Motorcycle That I'm Still Financing?

I purchased a motorcycle in October of 2008 (I still owe $3,800 on it as of right now) and it is being financed through a bank used by Kawasaki. I have a distant friend of my family who lives in another state that wants to buy it from me, willing to pay me the $3,800 in cash. What is the legit process I need to take in order to get the bike sold to my friend?FYI: I just received this email from him today, I'm not sure what a pending title bill of sale is so can anyone explain what he means as well (I've never sold a vehicle) :O.K.
