Default if my girlfriend co signed for my motorcycle and we broke up can she take it away? ?

we broke up two weeks after purchasing my harley. im the primary and making payments and all the financing is under both us but agai i m the primary. can she take my bike away? i havent even made the first payment.I called the dealership and they said i was the primary and she was not a co borrower but a co signer. the saleman told me this and he said that she couldnt. can any lawyers out there confirm this?....i love my bike : (

If she only cosigned for you, no. she has no ownership rights. If she is a coborrower, that's different.
