Suzuki SV650 Electrical Problems?

My bike has been having trouble starting. Until recently I have had to turn the handle bars while pressing the switch, until it would finally start. After becoming worse, it now won't start at all.It has been in some rain lately, and I'm not sure if this is an ignition, starter, or wiring problem. Any ideas?
