Can an'02 Honda CRF450R be made street legal and if so what needs to be modded?
I currently reside in Nebraska and am not sure of the motorcycle laws here. I know the bike will need head/tail lights, blinkers, mirror, street rims/tires, possibly sprockets, and maybe a new muffler (it has the stock one but not sure if it's DOT approved). And i'm not sure if the DMV will even let me register and put plates on it (not sure if the title says offraod only or something to that effect). Anybody got a street legal CRF and can help me out??>>>>>>Got a dumb response?? Please don't waste my time.
