Default What motorcycle fits this description?

I want to buy a new motorcycle that I can use on and off road. I don't mean stump jumping, just driving on the logging roads and be able to drive it on the highway 65 MPH to get there without loading it in a trailer. I want street legal, 4 cycle engine, electric start, semi- knoby tires ( decent for gravel ) and no bigger than 350CCs. I have had road bikes all my life and getting to old to handle dodging deer and logging trucks. Just a good bike for a ol guy to putt on in the woods. I was thinking of a Yamaha TW 200 but that might be just a bit small and did not come with the kick start along with elctric start. We have all had dead batteries and it is nice to have the ol kicker if all else fails. Any input would be appriciated. Thanks, Grandpa still wants to putt!
