The difference between a honda shadow and a honda magna 900v?

I am trying to figure out the difference beween the honda magna i recently accuired and a honda shadow and i cannot find any information on the honda magna that is relevent to my questions can anyone help me out?

The biggest thing is the number of cylinders. Twins are not built for performance. They're built only so that it looks like a Harley. There's no other purpose for the arrangement of the Shadow engine.
