honda shadow 2006 needs desperate help

i have honda shadow 750 model 2006 shaft drive (japenese model) ....5 months ago i lost my orignal set of keys to the bike so i searched and found out that due to the (H.I.S.S) system in the bike i need to get a new ignition switch ,new keys and a new ECM...and i am in pakistan so the dealership that honda motorcycle has here only deals in 70CC and 125 CC...so for them a 750 CC is like space shuttle ...i found a dealership in japan it was hard to tell them my problem cuz they arent fluent in english but got a new ignition switch and a new ECM from them ...installed the new system in the bike ...and it doesnt work...the manual they sent me with the new stuff was in japenese so no use to me... i spent more then a thousand dollars on the equipment which i cant figure out how to work ...according to my understanding...the new keys had to be programmed to the new ECM but the bike goes into dignostic mode when the new keys are put in the system the hiss light stays on for 10 seconds and then starts blinking (showing the dignostic code ) and the spark plugs don fire ......other then in the mean time i found one orignal key of the bike a week ago ...i removed the new ignition switch and removed the new ecm , replacing it with the old one....i used the orignal key (old key )and this time the hiss light stays constant on (doesnt blink , doesnt do anything just stays on ) but the spark plugs still don fire....
i am confused and don know wat to do ...its been 5 months since my bike started i call up the dealership in japan they cant speak english they sent me few papers which are in japenese which i cant get translated here and if i try gettin them translated online it costs too much and i have already spent more then 1000 dollars....if anyone has any idea or can help me with this problem i ll be extremely thankfull
