--Remove the axle nut (let side).--Remove the bolt that attaches the torque link, to the bottom of the brake panel.--Loosen the pinch bolt at the rear of the swing arm (right side).--Remove the brake adjuster nut, joint (the brake rod goes through it) and spring.--Jack up the bike to get the rear wheel off the ground. A floor jack under the frame, at the right foot peg, with the side stand down will work.--Tap the axle out from left to right. If it won't clear the exhaust.1) remove the muffler mounting bolt/bolts and apply pressure to bend it up or down2) or remove the lower shock bolts to let the swing arm drop down - If you do it this way - Jack up the bike just enough till the rear wheel is about to leave the ground - Remove the bolts and continue jacking up the bike.--If the wheel is to fat to fit past the final drive, remove the inner valve core of the inner tube.--If you're having trouble clearing the fender, tilt the wheel and turn it sideways.--Remember to adjust the brakes and the brake light switch when you're done.
