In the course, the shifter on the bike was the type you have to put your foot under. This was a little awkward for me. I'm no big foot but, I found I was having to hunt and jam my foot under it. I do wear steel toe boots for work and wore them in the class too.
I've seen these shifters that you use toe and heel with. They don't require putting a foot under. Can these be easily put on any bike? How about a Suzuki 50 of Honda 750? Thanks. |

I suppose I could wear boots with a lower profile toe and change to steel toes at work then change back for the ride home. If changing a shifter is fairly easy and works well, that's only one time I have to change anything.
