Default over 40

Some of the statistics that I've seen lately say the main increase in accidents are in the 40 and older group of riders. This seems strange to me.

Changes in helmet laws in some states could also have contributed to the rise in fatalities through motorcycle accidents. It was also found during studies and analysis, that around sixty percent of this increase in accidents involved riders aged forty or over, suggesting that age could also come into the change in figures.
