Do some price comparisons at KBB.com and then figure out what the best "deal" is. That will help you know what the intelectual choice should be. From there you can figure out what the emotional choice should be. I found it helped to go look at, and sit on the models you are considering.

Is this your first bike or are you an experienced rider? What type of riding do you want to do? Alot of track, or more street, or casual type riding?

The SV will have more low down torque which is a little easier for a newer rider, plus easier/more fun for commuting and general street duty. But still peppy and quick, sporty style.

The GSXR will require revving HIGH to really get into the power, and be a bit more touchy on brakes. Of course look at the bikes and look for damage, etc. to really assess the best deal.

Which one FEELS best to you? Which one do you like the looks of best?

PS I've owned an 06 SV650S and presently own an 08 GSXR 600

The only bike there I would recommend is the SV650, and that's not a bad price for it. Shop around for insurance, the 650 should be on par or better than the ZZR.

I'm going to agree on the SV650 if you are a new rider. It's going to be easier to learn on and easier to stomach the insurance bill.

I wouldn't recommend either of the other two for a new rider.

Take the ZZR and be careful...Take the MSF safety course and take it easy for a bit....those are both powerful bikes that are unforgiving....know your limits and stay in control and you will be alright...otherwise buy a cruiser.
