ok I am looking at a ghost hugger from www.n-w-s.com

They are in England, the hugger goes for 92.00 pounds I guess :shrug Its like a funny looking E and L kinda mixed together :laughing (shows how much I travel to other countries)

Well I did the yahoo exchange and it said that at 7:59PM the US dollar was 1.2739 so this hugger that goes for 92.00 pounds would sell for $117.20 US dollars correct?

Is this a good exchange rate? I hear people talking that the dollar isn't worth crap at times during exchange. Should I wait to buy it, or buy it now?

I am going to contact them, and see about shipping/handling to over in the US. I hope it isn't too much :D

Thanks for any help

Dave

and in case anyone is interested in knowing what a ghost hugger is,

From their site

Unique multi tone metallic silver effect generated by using aluminium coated, lightweight woven glass fibre. The appearance is best described as ‘Silver Carbon Fibre’.
Protected by a clear, smooth, durable low maintenance, high gloss finish

Order stuff from Jack Lilieys in London, have it in 3 days, even Sat. I guess it depends on who's doing the shipping. JL takes care of their customers. I believe they sell NWS, atleast for Triumphs.

The dollar is weak now. Hasn't been this weak vs. the british pound in something like 11 years. However, that doesn't mean that this is as bad as it will get, it could get worse, could get better.

Also, your math is wrong. You're using the Euro exchange rate, not the british pound. The pound is around US$1.9/1 pound. so 92 pounds is ~ US$174.

US$1.6/1 pound is more of a "normal" rate if that helps.
