I got it to run, put my fuel IV to it, turned on the key and closed the choke. One kick and she came back to life, only concern was I had a really high idle, probably because I cranked the carb idle and main screws all the way to the carb body, at least the main screw would have been raising the throttle slider so that was probably part of the problem. No matter because all I needed was confirmation that it ran, so it's time to strip her down and see about some paint.
