Default 03 CR250 Rear Sprocket question

Im running stock 13/48 on my 03 CR250.

I went to a new track the other day and it was so tight that I was having a hard time running it in 3rd.

Immediately after the hard corners, there were the big tabletops and I was only getting up to mid-RPM rang, which was making me land just short of the landing.

A local dealer suggested a 51T, but I dont know if that was because it was the only one he had in stock. And I read somewhere that the pros thought
13/52T was perfect track gearing for the CRs.

Renthal Sprockets arent cheap, so needless to say I want to get the right one the first time.

Any Thoughts?

The bigger rear sprocket will lower the final gearing so that would help you get the RPMs up before jumps and will help with acceleration.
